We do not sell or disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to nonaffiliated third parties, except that such information may be shared with third parties as necessary to process a customer's application to a Fund, to service providers of the Funds as necessary to enable them to perform their duties to the Funds, to the extent required in connection with an investment or transaction the Fund proposes to make, to the extent required or specifically permitted by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions or liability or to marketers or other persona for purposes unrelated to services to be provided to the Funds (such as consumer information companies) ("Marketers") to the extent the customer specifically authorizes that disclosure in advance. We may also share this information with our legal counsel as we deem appropriate and with regulators. Finally, we may disclose information about you at your request (for example, by sending duplicate account statements to someone you designate), or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
