HealthShares™ Neuroscience ETF (HHN) is one in a series of HealthShares™ ETFs that are organized Vertically by therapeutic categories in pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, life sciences and biotechnology. HHN seeks investment results that correspond to the performance, before the Fund’s fees and expenses, of HealthShares™ Neuroscience Index, an equity index of publicly traded common stocks and ADRs. The Neuroscience Index invests in healthcare, life sciences and/or biotechnology companies that have been identified as neuroscience companies. Companies included in the Neuroscience Index are engaged in the research, clinical development and/or commercialization of therapeutic agents for the treatment of a wide variety of neurological and psychiatric disorders including, but not limited to, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, schizophrenia, anxiety, depression, epilepsy, pain and sleep disorders. The companies in this universe are selected using a proprietary methodology developed by XShares Group LLC designed to identify companies in a specific healthcare vertical or sub-sector.
HHN employs a low-cost passive management investment approach designed to track the performance of the HealthShares™ Neuroscience Index. Normal brokerage fees apply. HHN will generally invest at least 90% of its assets in common stocks of companies in the underlying Index.
HHN intends to pay out any dividends from its net investment income annually, and plans to distribute any net capital gains annually.
